While on vacation in the land of lakes and rivers, it is worth going fishing. From our agritourism you can quickly get to the lakes of the Lubuskie Lake District, where there are plenty of opportunities for fishing. You can use the hunting grounds located just a few kilometers from Zachodzek, in the communes of Trzciel and Pszczew.

It should be remembered that most lakes have their owners, with whom you must purchase appropriate permits for the use of fisheries and comply with their regulations. Below are some good fishing spots, their hosts to contact for a fishing permit and the distance from the VENA.

Trzcielskie Angling Association

Jewish Lake (10 km) – a drainless reservoir surrounded by pine forests, which owes its name to the Jewish population living in its vicinity. It is home to many species of animals and of course freshwater fish.

Here you can find: bream, pike, perch, catfish, eels, carps.

Black Lake (23 km) – a charming location in the Pszczewski Landscape Park, while on the north side there is a nature reserve. The richness of the river flora and fauna undoubtedly encourages you to rest with a fishing rod.

Here you can find: pike, bream, tench, eel, zander and catfish.

In the Trzciel Commune:

Lake Młyńskie (9 km) – great conditions for fishing in peace, quiet and seclusion. Lots of convenient descents to the water, boat rental in the area and hiking trails in a short distance with educational stops.

Here live: bream, perch, pike, carp.

Lake Konin (12 km) – an extremely friendly place for anglers due to the large amount of fish found here. Interesting natural values ​​are ensured by the fact that this reservoir belongs to the Pszczewski Landscape Park.

Here you can find: roaches, bream, silver carp, pikes, zanders.

River Obra from Lake Lutol to the bridge in Rybojady (approx. 15 km) – The Obra is a lowland river with a length of over 160 km, however, the permits of individual fishing districts cover its fragments. The one closest to the WENA agritourism is the lower course of the river, which is a part of the Pszczewski Landscape Park.

Bream, carp, crucian carp, roach, bleak and perch live here.

Lutol Lake (15 km) – located in the Pszczewski Landscape Park, in the middle of forests rich in mushrooms and berries, which you can go to after fishing.

Here you can find: carp, bream, bleak, roach, tench, pike, zander and catfish.

In the Pszczew commune:

Lake Rybojadło (15 km) – connected with Lake Konin and Lake Wielki. Not very big, but it creates excellent conditions for a peaceful rest in the bosom of nature.

Here you can find: pike, zander, roach, bream and carps.

Lake Wędromierz (17 km) – a clear body of water, located in the Pszczewski Landscape Park and near the ornithological reserve. There are bathing areas, beaches, jetties and bays for anglers. Possibility to rent boats for anglers who prefer this method of fishing.

Here you can find: perch, roach, pikes, ropes, crucians.

Lake Chłop (28 km) – one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Lubuskie Lake District. The lake is hidden in the middle of the forest, so there are no crowds of anglers or vacationers here. There are footbridges and piers where you can sit down with a fishing rod and a boat rental.
